2025 Group Offerings!
Squad Vibes
Grades: 7th and 8th
Starting: January 6, 2025 - March 10, 2025
Meets weekly at 6pm - 7:30pm
Group will cap at 14 students.
This 10-week group is designed for the middle school student who needs support and guidance with topics such as anxiety, depression, mood, adjusting to the school year, managing expectations, relationships, using technology effectively, bullying, and overall transitioning back to school. Group members will learn executive functioning skills, time management, coping skills, mindfulness practices and more.
Cost: $40/session ($400 total)
Cost for group can be paid in full or in two parts. In addition, sliding scale is offered for those in need.

Military Teens Unite!
Ages: 13 - 17
Starting: February 1, 2025 - April 5, 2025
Meets weekly from 11am - 1pm
Group will cap at 16 teens!
This 10-week group is designed for our teens inside of military families. We recognize that the whole military family serves our nation. Teens are greatly impacted by deployments of service members, moves around the nation and abroad, and maintaining social, emotional, and educational goals for themselves. Our goal in this group is to provide a safe place to provide support and tools to navigate these unique challenges and experiences that arise!
Cost: $40/session ($400 total)
Cost for group can be paid in full or in two parts. In addition, sliding scale is offered for those in need.
