Squad Goals - Middle school does not need to be that hard!
Students grades 7th-9th
February 9th-April 13th
Group will cap at 12 attendees.
Meets weekly Mondays , 6:00pm -7:30pm
Group will not meet week of March 10th
This 10-week group therapy program designed to support students in grades 7th - 9th grade to explore meaningful topics,
build resilience, and improve their emotional well-being.
Topics Include:
Developing and accepting self-identity
Concerns around self-image
Taking on additional responsibilities and work load in middle school
Using social media in a healthy way
Navigating relationships: friends, family, teachers, coaches
Understanding family dynamics and role shifting as we get older
Stress around academic pressure
Dealing with hormonal changes and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Working through bullying, peer pressure, or not fitting in all the time
Cost: Co-Pay of $40 per attendee per 90 minute session
Harper Therapy group will submit with participating insurance companies
Note: If your child attends middle school in 6th grade, we would be happy to include them in the group! Please reach out!
Own Your Space: A group helping empower women to build boundaries:
Ages: 18-25
February 10th– April 21st
Meets weekly on Tuesdays, 7:00 - 8:30pm
Group will not meet week of March 10th
Group will cap at 12 attendees.
This 10-week group is designed to empower women to explore and establish healthy boundaries in all facets of life.
Topics Include:
Exploring how values shape boundaries
Identifying barriers to healthy limit setting
Developing insight into relationship patterns
Practicing self-compassion and resilience when boundaries are tested.
Cost: Co-Pay of $40 per attendee per 90 minute session
Harper Therapy group will submit with participating insurance companies
Care & Connect: A Support Group for Caregivers
Caregivers of elders, partners, children, siblings, or other loved ones
February 11th–April 1st
Group will cap at 12 attendees.
Meets weekly on Wednesday, 5:00pm -6:30pm
Group will not meet week of March 10th
Caring for someone else can be rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting. This group provides a safe, supportive space for caregivers to share experiences, process emotions, and build strategies for self-care.
Topics Include:
Share experiences with peers who have lived experiences
Learn practical self-care and coping strategies
Build skills in setting healthy boundaries
Explore relational dynamics and communication with care recipients
Connect with a supportive community of caregivers
Dive into emotions that caregivers feel and how to process them
Develop a sense of self outside of caregiving
Explore what to do when caregiving ends or lessens
Understanding your identity outside of caregiving
Cost: Co-Pay of $40 per attendee per 90 minute session
