We provide each client with a monthly statement (superbill) which you can submit to your insurance company. If you are permitted by your plan to work with an out-of-network provider, you will receive reimbursement according to your plan’s provisions.
Before entering into out-of-network charges, we suggest calling the member services number on your insurance card and ask the following questions:
Payment is required at the end of each session. Cancellation fee of the full session amount is applied with less than 24 hours notice.

- Are mental health services reimbursed if they are provided by an out-of-network provider
- What is your deductible when you receive services from an out-of-network provider
- Once that deductible is met, what percentage of the cost of each session will be reimbursed?
- How many visits are allowed per calendar year?

Payment is accepted via credit and debit cards including HSA/FSA cards.
Please note: EMDR and Neurofeedback if submitted through insurance will also require an additional $15 service fee in addition to your co-pay.
Our practice recognizes that finances can be a barrier to treatment, if you are not able to pay the above rates and would like to inquire about a sliding scale fee, please reach out to Heather Harper.
