Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment approach that helps people build skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. It is designed to support people in learning practical tools they can use in everyday life to better manage emotions, improve relationships, and respond to stress with more confidence and flexibility.
DBT can be helpful for a wide range of concerns and is effective across many populations. At Harper Therapy Group, our DBT group is open to adults ages 18 and older of all genders. Whether someone is new to DBT or returning to strengthen existing skills, the group offers a structured and supportive environment for learning and growth.
Our DBT group runs as a consistent yearly cycle from October through May, allowing participants to join a program that is predictable, skill-based, and comprehensive. People can expect to move through the core DBT modules over the course of the year, with time for practice, review, and application along the way.
DBT Group Schedule: October 2026 – May 2027
Tuesday Evenings: 6:30pm - 8:00pm
