Adulting and Beyond is a six-week group series designed to support adults through the many roles, responsibilities, and transitions that come with daily life. Adults often carry multiple demands at once, and having a space to pause, reflect, and build practical skills can be both grounding and helpful. This group is meant to offer support that is practical, encouraging, and relevant to the different seasons of adult life.
This group begins with topics related to boundaries and relationships, wellness and self-identity, parenting, caregiving, and more general adulting themes. The focus changes every six weeks, allowing participants to join the segment that feels most applicable to their current life situation. Whether someone is navigating family dynamics, stress, burnout, identity questions, or the pressure of balancing multiple responsibilities, the group offers a place to learn, connect, and grow.
Adulting and Beyond is open to adults who want support, perspective, and practical tools for managing the demands of life with more confidence and intention. Participants will have the opportunity to focus on the themes that are most relevant to them while also benefiting from connection and shared discussion with others who are navigating similar experiences.
